By accessing or using the CoMatch directory (https://comatch.org), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our platform.

2. Nominative Fair Use Statement

CoMatch lists B2B sponsorship requirements and venture capital stages. The display of third-party company names, brand names, and favicons is intended solely for nominative, descriptive, and informational purposes (Nominative Fair Use) to identify the specific companies offering partnership programs. Use of these names does not imply any connection, endorsement, or approval by the trademark holders.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

The information displayed in our directory is aggregated from public web sources or submitted voluntarily by users. While we strive to present accurate data:

CoMatch provides all data and services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee that listed contact emails, application forms, or sponsor requirements are accurate, complete, or current at the time of your pitch.
Users are solely responsible for verifying the legitimacy of any third-party brand or VC contact before initiating partnerships or agreements.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall CoMatch, its developers, or its open-source contributors be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the directory. This includes, but is not limited to, losses from failed sponsor outreach, missed funding opportunities, email rejection, or any agreements entered into with listed brands or investors.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users of the CoMatch platform agree not to:

Use automated scrapers, bots, or scripts to harvest email addresses listed in the directory for commercial spamming or marketing lists.
Submit fraudulent, deceptive, or spam partner listings to the portal.
Attempt to disrupt the server execution or local matching logic.

6. Notice and Take-Down Policy

CoMatch respects the intellectual property and data rights of others. If you are a brand owner, legal representative, or individual data subject and wish to have your details updated, corrected, or completely removed from our directory, please contact us. We honor all legitimate removal requests without delay.
